Terms of service
The agreement for using A.P. DO IT’s business research and prospect-management service.
Version 2026-10-21.2
1. Operator, eligibility and agreement
A.P. DO IT is provided by Mythos Quill Press LLC d/b/a MythosWebStudio, Salisbury, Maryland 21801 (“we,” “us”). The customer pilot serves Maryland businesses only. You must be at least 18, act for a legitimate business, and have authority to bind your organization. These terms apply to that organization and its authorized users.
By accepting these terms when creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable use policy and Refund & cancellation policy. The Data processing addendum applies when we process personal data in your private workspace on your organization’s behalf. The Privacy notice explains our handling of personal information; accepting these terms is not consent to unrelated advertising or sensitive-data processing.
A development preview may be offered without charge. Test-mode Checkout does not collect real money. A paid subscription starts only after you separately acknowledge the displayed price and recurring-payment terms and complete an enabled live Checkout. Browsing a preview does not enroll you in a paid plan.
2. Accounts and organization access
Provide accurate business and account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse to hello@mythoswebstudio.dev. Use individual accounts and invite only authorized people within your plan’s seat allowance. Your organization controls its memberships, saved prospects and workspace instructions; confirm ownership and export needs before removing members or closing a shared workspace.
We may verify eligibility and account authority. We do not need your password, authentication code or full payment-card number to investigate a support request. You remain responsible for activity you authorize, but these terms do not make you responsible for our security failures or waive mandatory legal protections.
3. What the service provides
The service offers licensed business discovery, available source contacts, bounded website checks, organization prospect records and permitted exports. Current indexed coverage is a partial Salisbury-area sample, not complete coverage of Maryland. Listings and findings can be incomplete, stale or inaccurate. A missing website field does not prove a business has no website. A score is a dated research aid, not a security audit, professional opinion or eligibility assessment.
Verify identities, contact details, licenses and findings before relying on them. We do not guarantee lead volumes, replies, sales, revenue, search rankings or uninterrupted availability. The product does not establish permission to contact a person. BBB accreditation displayed on the site refers to Mythos Web Studio’s business profile.
4. Plans, renewal and tax
Standard plans are Starter $9.99, Agency $29.99 and Teams $79.99 per organization per month, in US dollars, plus applicable tax. Each paid plan renews monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the applicable tax, total and renewal terms before payment and requires a separate acknowledgment. The current Maryland business-SaaS tax configuration is 3%; applicable exemptions, customer location and law control the tax actually due.
There is no setup fee, annual commitment, automatic overage charge or paid conversion of a free preview without your separate purchase. Limits and included features appear on the pricing page and in your workspace. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Additional purchases require their own disclosed agreement.
Before a paid monthly renewal, we send the billing contact a reminder showing the renewal date, amount or applicable calculation, monthly term, support contact and direct cancellation path. We will give at least 30 days’ advance email notice of a plan-price increase or materially less favorable recurring terms. A change takes effect no earlier than the next renewal after the notice period, subject to any longer legally required period and any consent required by law. You can cancel before it takes effect. We do not apply a price increase retroactively. If we cannot provide required notice or consent, we will not apply the change to that renewal.
5. Cancellation, refunds and payment problems
Cancel online in Plans & billing → Open billing portal before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period. It has no cancellation fee. If you cannot access the portal, use the public refund/cancellation form or email hello@mythoswebstudio.dev. An intake receipt records your request; it is not confirmation that an operator has completed a cancellation or refund.
Our Refund & cancellation policy provides a full refund of the charge and collected tax within 14 calendar days of the first subscription payment or 7 calendar days of a monthly renewal, without a usage threshold. It also explains deadline calculation, original-payment refunds, handling times, exceptions and review. That policy governs refund rights and is not reduced by the warranty or liability provisions below. Duplicate, incorrect and valid post-cancellation charges are corrected outside the ordinary refund windows.
We may pause paid features after a failed payment while notifying the billing contact and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We will not charge an undisclosed late or collection fee. Cancellation, stopping a card payment and deleting an account are different actions; contact us if you need more than one.
6. Your content and source licenses
Your organization retains its rights in content it supplies. You grant us permission to host, transmit, secure and process that content only to provide the service, follow lawful instructions, support you, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not claim ownership of your private notes or sell them as listing data. Limit uploads to information you are authorized to process; the Acceptable use policy excludes sensitive and unlawful content.
You receive a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service for your organization during authorized access. Source records retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. Keep provenance and required notices in exports. Your subscription does not grant exclusive rights to public data or override an open-data license. Do not redistribute our software, credentials or private workspace content belonging to others.
7. Changes, suspension and ending service
We may maintain and improve the service and make proportionate restrictions to address fraud, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. When reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to correct it. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect people or systems or comply with law. You may ask for review by emailing hello@mythoswebstudio.dev; a request for review does not prevent a lawful urgent restriction.
You can stop renewal at any time and request workspace closure or an export. We will explain shared-ownership and legally retained records rather than delete another organization’s data. If we permanently discontinue a paid service before the end of your prepaid period without providing the service, we will refund the unused portion, including associated tax where applicable. The refund policy and mandatory remedies also apply to material service failures.
We will post the effective date of changes to these terms and give at least 30 days’ email notice of materially less favorable changes for existing accounts, except a change required sooner by law or an urgent security need. Required consent will be obtained separately. Changes do not reduce an accrued refund right or change terms governing an existing dispute retroactively.
8. Warranties and responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care. Research data, third-party websites and availability remain subject to the limitations described above. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. This does not excuse a failure to deliver an expressly promised paid service, a deceptive claim, or a remedy required by law.
Each party is responsible for its own acts and legal obligations. Neither the service nor these terms authorize unlawful outreach, discrimination, security testing or use of another person’s data. We do not require a customer to defend us against claims caused by our own wrongdoing.
9. Limits on ordinary contractual liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including speculative lost profits, arising from ordinary use of the service. Our total liability for ordinary contractual claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees your organization paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, refunds or restitution we owe, or liability and remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing waives a nonwaivable consumer, privacy, security or other statutory right, shortens a statutory limitation period, or prevents reporting a matter to a regulator.
10. Maryland law, disputes and notices
Maryland law governs these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. For a dispute properly brought in court, the parties submit to the state courts serving Wicomico County, Maryland, or the US District Court for the District of Maryland if it has jurisdiction. Small-claims remedies and any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere remain available. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a jury or class proceeding.
You may contact hello@mythoswebstudio.dev to seek an informal resolution, without giving up a filing deadline or legal remedy. Send contractual, billing, privacy and security notices to that address, identifying the relevant account or reference without passwords or sensitive documents. We send account notices to the verified contact you maintain. Our public business location is Salisbury, Maryland 21801; that location description is not a street mailing address.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A separately signed agreement prevails only for the subject it expressly changes. The Data processing addendum controls a conflict about processing customer workspace personal data, and the Refund & cancellation policy controls a conflict about refunds. A failure to enforce a term once is not a permanent waiver.
