Acceptable use policy
Rules for legitimate business research, responsible contact handling and safe use of the service.
Version 2026-10-21.2
Permitted use
Use A.P. DO IT for your authorized Maryland organization’s business research, dated website observations and private prospect workflow within your plan limits. Verify data and permissions before using or exporting it. Preserve required source attribution and licensing notices. A public contact field or subscription does not establish consent to outreach.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service or its data for the following activities:
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, unlawful surveillance or discrimination.
- Credit, housing, employment, insurance, education, health-care or other high-impact eligibility decisions or consumer-reporting uses.
- Uploading credentials, government identifiers, full payment-card data, children’s information, health/biometric data, sensitive personal characteristics or private precise location.
- Bypassing authentication, tenant boundaries, plan limits, suppression, rate controls or source restrictions; testing other tenants’ access; compromising accounts; or distributing malware.
- Intrusive scans, exploit attempts, accessing private networks or systems, or scraping restricted third-party services. The app’s bounded homepage checks do not authorize a penetration test.
- Unlawful bulk messaging, automated calls/texts, deceptive identity or sender details, ignored opt-outs, or reimporting a record to evade a removal decision.
- Publishing another organization’s private workspace content or falsely claiming that our findings certify a business, its security or its regulatory compliance.
Outreach and exports
You are responsible for a lawful basis for your own contact and marketing activity, including any required consent, caller/sender identification, opt-out mechanism and valid postal address for commercial email. Respect Do Not Contact records and deletion/suppression notices. The current app does not send prospect email campaigns, automated calls or SMS. Exported records remain subject to source licenses and applicable privacy obligations; exporting does not remove those duties.
Reporting, proportionate enforcement and review
Report abuse or a security concern to hello@mythoswebstudio.dev, giving relevant references without credentials or sensitive documents. We may investigate and restrict an affected action, job or account as reasonably needed under the Terms. When practical we explain a restriction and allow correction; urgent protection or law may require immediate action. Ask the same address for review of an enforcement decision. Privacy requests and appeals use the process in the Privacy notice, and billing refunds remain governed by the Refund & cancellation policy.
